Pi-Tang, a form of farm pond which ancestors in Taoyuan, Taiwan, excavated for water storage, had functioned as irrigation water resource shared by local villages for centuries.However, due to industrialization and urbanization, they become useless and has been abandoned. Inspired by the farm ponds' function of water storage and irrigation system. With the concept as the core, we create a new type

of community that meets the needs of modern life, and use small hydro generators to generate electricity power. Residents share the electricity power, economic and leisure benefits. The sharing system not only retains the historical significance and cultural value of Pi-Tang but also represent the new face of it.
